Suzuki Intruder Fi variant launched at Rs. 1.07 lakh

Suzuki Motorcycles India has launched of the Suzuki Intruder Fuel Injection (FI) variant at Rs 1,06,896  (ex-showroom, Delhi). The fuel-injected Suzuki Intruder is around Rs. 7000 dearer than the carburetted version that is available for Rs. 99,995 (ex-showroom, Delhi. The bike receives no mechanical or cosmetic changes apart from the addition of fuel-injection.

“Since it’s launch, the Intruder has received an overwhelming demand with close to 15000 units sold, overachieving our projected sales target by 25%. With a unique blend of premium appeal, coupled with futuristic features like ABS and now an efficient Fuel Injection technology, the Intruder is a premium offering in the cruiser segment, unlike any other” said Mr Sajeev Rajasekharan, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, SMIPL.

The Intruder, launched in November 2017 now comes equipped with Suzuki Advanced Fuel Injection Technology with 6 sensors that calculate the optimum amount of fuel required for better combustion, and hence providing an accurate throttle response at all RPMs. Suzuki claims that the bike now offers better riding experience.

The Suzuki Intruder with its ‘interesting’ design has caught the fancy of customers looking for an entry-level cruiser and subsequently the Intruder has sold in good numbers.
