MV Agusta Superveloce 800 concept was showcased at 2018 EICMA. Owing to the demand, MV Agusta has put it into production and the Superveloce 800 will finally be revealed to the public at EICMA tomorrow.
Based on of the F3 platform, the Superveloce is powered by an inline-three which also powers the Brutale 800 RR. Its weight and specs remains almost the same as the other two with 173kg dry weight and 146bhp. The torque on the Superveloce is higher though at 98Nm, owing to its neo-retro nature. The Superveloce 800 retains the classic triple organ exhaust of the F3, the Serie Oro gets a more exclusive 3-into-3 exhausts asymmetrically placed with two coming off the right and one of the left side of the bike.
The Superveloce 800 would be available in the standard and Serie Oro variants. While the latter is a limited edition variant with a limited run of 300 units, while the 800 will made-on-order like all other MV Agustas. We expect a few Serie Oros to be allotted for India as well.
The Superveloce 800 is priced at € 19,900 (Rs.15.7 lakh, excluding Indian taxes and duties) and the Serie Oro is priced at €27,990 (Rs.22.1 lakh, excluding Indian taxes and duties). Although MV Agusta revealed the Superveloce first on its website, we are keen on seeing the motorcycle being displayed at EICMA tomorrow.
