QJ Motor enters Indian market

In association with Adishwar Auto Ride India, QJ Motor has made an Indian debut with four motorcycles

Chinese motorcycle manufacturer QJ Motor has made its way to India. It has joined hands with Adishwar Auto India and debuted with four motorcycles ranging from 250-500cc. The bikes will be sold via the Moto Vault multi-brand dealership and will come as CKD units. Here are the four models in detail:

QJ Motor SRK 400

The SRK 400 is a naked that is powered by a 400cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine which produces 40.3bhp at 9000rpm and 37Nm of torque at 7500rpm. It gets a pair of 260mm discs at the front and a 240mm rear disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS. Its suspension duties are handled by a two USD upfront and an off-set rear monoshock at the rear. More features include a TFT-colour display, dual LED projector headlights and a 13.5-litre fuel tank. The SRK 400 is available in 3 colours – white, red and black.

QJ Motor SRV 300

The SRV 300 is a cruiser that is powered by a V-Twin engine. The 296cc liquid-cooled, unit churns out 30bhp and 26Nm of peak torque. Its braking duties are handeld by a single 280mm disc at the front and a 240mm rear disc brake at the rear, with dual-channel ABS. The SRV 300 also gets USD front forks and and oil-damped rear shocks It gets a 13.5-litre fuel tank, LED lighting and dual exhaust pipes. It is offered in four colours — green, red, orange and black.

QJ Motor SRC 500

The SRC 500 is a classic motorcycle that draws power from a 480cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder that makes 25bhp at 5750rpm and 36Nm torque. It gets dual-channel ABS along with a 300mm disc upfront and a 240mm disc at the rear. It features dual instrument pods in its dash with full LCD display and a 15.5-litre fuel tank. The SRC 500 will be available in 3 dual-tone colours, namely gold black, red white and silver black.

QJ Motor SRC 250

The SRC 250 is the smallest motorcycle in the QJ lineup and it gets a 249cc parallel-twin. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and produces 17bhp and 17Nm. It also gets dual-channel ABS as standard with a 280mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc. The SRC 250 gets a telescopic front fork and adjustable rear shocks. Features include an LCD console with an attached USB charger and a 14-litre fuel tank. It will be available in 3 colours – glossy silver, glossy Red & glossy Black.

QJ Motor hasn’t given away details on when it will launch these models in India. It’s motorcycles will be sold under Adishwar Auto’s Moto Vault multi-brand dealership network that also sells Moto Morini and Zontes.
