Firefox Bikes inaugurated its first-ever Experience Centre in Navi Mumbai with cool attractions like the use of VR, gamification, as well as a ‘refreshed identity’ for the brand. The company aims at opening up more experience centres across the country and revamp the existing stores based on the same theme.
Sukanta Das, CEO at Firefox Bikes says ‘We are thrilled to open our first ‘Experience Center’ in the city of dreams. The move to launch our COCO store in Mumbai is in line with the expansion plans of the company and demonstrates the brand’s growth, as well as its commitment to create a culture of biking as a way of life in the country. As a category leader we intend to create world class customer journeys at all touchpoints on digital & physical.”
With the new centre, Firefox aims to offer the customers a better buying experience. The store has different sections for different types of bikes including MTBs, hybrid cycles, road bikes and more. The store has been designed in a way to make it easier for the customer to find the bike they require and includes Firefox’s entire range of cycles with prices ranging from Rs 7000 for kid’s cycles to over a lakh of rupees. Other than the latest bikes, the store also showcases the ongoing and classic bikes collections by the company.
The store offers a separate section for VR and gamification technology that will help the potential customers test out the ride and feel of the bikes and select the one that suits them best. With cycling seeing a massive boost in popularity during the lockdown, it makes sense for Firefox Bikes to double down on it with a cutting-edge store and we look forward to seeing more of these across the country.
