The Burgman Street has been unveiled at the Auto Expo 2018. The Burgman Street would be powered by a 125cc engine and would likely compete with the likes of the Honda Grazia and the recently launched TVS NTorq. The Burgman has been an international favourite and depite being positioned at a lower price point, the Burgman Street retains the typical styling of a Burgman and is unmistakably European in its design. The Burgman Street gets features like LED taillights, Combination Braking and a Windscreen.
The other major announcement at the Suzuki stall was the reveal of the GSX S750 for India and it is the first sub 1000cc big bike in India from the Japanese automaker. The GSX S750 features a brawny muscular design with upswept creases and a chiseled fuel tank. The GSX S750 will be the second ‘Make-in-India’ big bike from Suzuki after the Hayabusa and will come to India by the CKD route.
Suzuki has also unveiled the Fuel Injected Intruder and will cost Rs. 5000 more than the standard variant. 2018 editions of the Gixxer and Gixxer SF FI were also unveiled. A new colour for the Gixxer – Candy Sonoma Red/ Metallic Sonic Silver – has also been launched.
