The most-awaited update of the new KTM RC duo will be unveiled on January 19 that will be equipped with a host of new equipment onboard, apart from the all-new livery. The new RCs will be equipped with new graphic designs, an all-new front end; the panel body works of its fairing now have more of that signature KTM orange, jet black and the white shade. The 2017 RC390 will also come with a slipper clutch, ride-by-wire and switchable ABS. The new RCs will replace the underbelly exhaust unit with an upswept one, resulting into an additional few kgs and ground clearance as well over the earlier RC twins.
The new RC390 line-up will powered by the same liquid-cooled single-cylinder 4-stroke 375cc engine that delivers a maximum power of 44bhp and 35Nm of maximum torque mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Everything else remains the same, like the USD forks at the front, the monoshock suspension at the rear and the 230mm rear disc. However, for the RC200, it will be powered by the same liquid-cooled 199cc single-cylinder engine but will deliver 26bhp instead of 25bhp of maximum power and 19.2Nm of maximum torque. Apart from new graphics and upswept exhaust, everything else remains the same on the RC200
