Forty per cent of the outer shell surface of the Royal Enfield Explorer jacket is nylon mesh, providing optimum airflow. The other sixty per cent is made from abrasion resistant high-density 600D polyester. The impact zones, too are protected with 500D nylon Cordura, which is an abrasion-resistant fabric known for its durability, tears and scuffs.
