Yamaha YZF-R15 gets dual channel ABS

Yamaha YZF-R15 fans, rejoice! The company has silently launched the YZF-R15 V 3.0 with dual channel ABS at Rs 1.39 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This is in line with the government mandate of ABS/CBS in all two wheelers by April this year. It has now become the first bike in the 150cc segment to sport dual channel ABS.  The dual channel ABS in the YZF-R15 gets adjustable fluid pressure, which can be varied to tweak the damping characteristics of the bike. Mechanically, the bike remains unchanged. Yamaha is also targeting Batman fans with its new ‘Darknight’ colour scheme, which retails at Rs 1.41 lakh and it looks sexy in this paint scheme.

Yamaha will continue to optimize the thrill of riding with its style and excitement.”
