Suzuki launches the 2018 Hayabusa at Rs. 13.88 lakh

Suzuki has launched the 2018 Hayabusa at a price of Rs. 13.88 lakh(ex-showroom, Delhi) and has introduced two more colour options to go with the launch. Pearl Mira Red/Pearl Glacier White and Glass Sparkle Black are the two new options available to customers now. The motorcycle stays the same mechanically and is still powered by an in-line four-cylinder, liquid-cooled 1340cc engine that churns out 199.7bhp and 155Nm torque and is mated to a six-speed gearbox.

The Suzuki Hayabusa is extremely popular in India and after its introduction through the CKD route in 2016, its sales have grown by nearly 100 per cent. In 2017, the Hayabusa became the first Suzuki to earn the ‘Made in India’ tag. At under Rs. 14 lakh, the Suzuki is considerably cheaper than its competitors, thereby adding to its popularity. Suzuki will showcase the 2018 Hayabusa with the two new colour options at the Auto Expo 2018.
