If you have been reading Fast Bikes India magazine, you must also know about Maral Yazarloo – Pattrick and her motorcycle adventures around the globe under the ‘Ride to be One’ banner. Maral is a fashion designer and motorcyclist from Iran, but settled in New Delhi, India. BBC has recognized her for her cause to challenge Iran’s ban on women riding motorcycles in public and included her in their list of ‘100 Women’, a list of inspirational women across the globe for their achievements and efforts to make the world a better place. We, at Fast Bikes India have been following her journey from the beginning to support her cause.

Maral has her own haute couture, launched in 2012, under the name ‘House of Maral Yazarloo’, showcased in London, Paris, Rome and Dubai.  She is also the founding member of India’s first ladies’ superbike club – ‘Lady Riders of India’. She became the vice president of the Ducati club in 2016 and was the first lady to own a Ducati and a BMW GS in the country. In the span of six years, she has clocked over 1,10,000km on her superbikes. We congratulate Maral on her achievements and wish her all success in her future endeavours.
