Harley Davidson has added three new motorcycles to its Softail line up in India – the Deluxe, Low Rider and Fat Boy 115th anniversary edition. Both, the Deluxe and Low Rider, are powered by the 107 Milwaukee-Eight 1745cc powerplant which churns out 145Nm of torque, while the Fat Boy gets a 1868cc Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine which produces 161Nm of torque.

Similar to other Softail models, the Deluxe and Low Rider features an updated chassis which is lighter and stiffer compared to the previous Softail models with a concealed rear suspension. Both the motorcycles have an identical wheelbase of 1630mm with a rake angle of 30 degrees. But the Softail Deluxe has an old-school charm with its whitewall tyres, chrome spoked wheels and pullback handlebars. The retro headlamps along with the wide fenders add to the look. While the Low Rider gets cast aluminium wheels and looks more street oriented.

The limited edition Fat Boy dons a Legend Blue Denim paintjob Eagle with Bar & Shield graphic that stretches across the top and right side of the tank. There’s also blue stitching added to the perforated seat to complement the paint scheme. This is the only Softail motorcycle in India which gets a Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine.

The Softail Low Rider has been launched at Rs. 12.99 lakh and the Softail Deluxe, at Rs. 17.99 lakh. The anniversary edition Fat Boy will set you back by Rs. 19.79 lakh. While the CVO gets a price cut from Rs. 53.72 lakh to Rs. 49.99 lakh.
