Honda launches X-Blade with ABS

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India launched its sporty 160cc X-Blade with ABS at Rs.87,776 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The motorcycle continues to draw power from the same 162.71 cc engine churning 13.39 bhp. With its Alien like face complete with LED illumination and fully digital instrument cluster, theX-blade is surely gonna make your commuting more fun. Now, with a premium of Rs. 8,000, you can have the safety net of ABS watching your back.

On the launch of the XBlade ABS, Minoru Kato, president and CEO – Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd said,“Strengthening our position in 150-180cc motorcycle segment, the X-Blade defines advanced styling and superior technology for the young enthusiast. We are determined to transform the way India rides on 2Wheels with new innovative products and advanced technology.”

With ABS becoming mandatory on motorcycles above 125cc from April 2019, manufacturers have started rolling out the ABS versions of their motorcycles. Right now, the Suzuki  Gixxer, The Hero Xtreme 200R along with the Honda CB Hornet 160R are sporting a single-channel ABS unit.
